Far beyond the edges of civilization...

Past the limits of too little space and too little time...

There is a Quiet, Peaceful place of Wild Sacred Silence

Wild, Sacred, Silence Mindfulness Retreats

The modern world moves at an ever increasing rate of speed, with demands, information, and change coming at us before we have time to think, adjust, or negotiate who we are in relationship to all the new and unknown. The noise, the frenetic pace, the distractions of all that we can experience, whether we want to or not, vie for our thoughts, decisions, and time until we lose touch with who we truly are.

We look in the mirror and see a stranger in our eyes. We look at our past and wonder if what we’ve accomplished makes any difference at all. We look at the choices before us and wonder where we’re headed. We fall in bed at night, exhausted with all we’ve done yet wondering if it even matters that we are doing it. Why Do I need a Retreat?

Sometimes all we need to handle whatever it is we’re facing in our life is a chance to step back and accurately see where we are in relationship to the decisions before us. This capacity to recognize our situations accurately is a part of mindfulness. Giving yourself time to consider your options, weigh pros and cons, and to determine what it is you truly desire is also part of mindfulness. No matter what you have happening in your life today, taking a few days to breathe deeply, think clearly, and recharge your mental and emotional energy is always a good idea.
